Advertise Property in Lincoln
Landlords who wish to join the University of Lincoln ‘Code of Practice’ should provide the university with copies of the following:
- Gas Safe Register Certificate
- NICEIC/ECA Electrical Certificate
- Property Details Form (or register online)
- Landlord Details Form (or register online)
- Building Control Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Contract/Tenancy Agreement
- Letter of satisfaction issued by the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue
- Confirmation that you have undertaken a Fire Risk Assessment for each property which you will be required to produce upon inspection
- Payment (Online at http://tinyurl.com/lincolnlandlords2011 or by Cheque made payable to “University of Lincoln”)

You will need to forward a copy of your current gas certificate(s) and a copy of your HMO licence(s) (if applicable) to the university address shown at the bottom of the page.

An inspection of your property(ies) will also be conducted by the university.
